Offsite backups, not only a copy on the same disk

Daily backups on the same machine are not a recovery plan. We take regular backups and keep offsite copies so a disk failure, ransomware event, or bad deploy does not take the only restore point with it. Restores are something we actually run, not a checkbox on a sales page.

Basic and Pro include daily snapshots plus offsite copies. Enterprise can use a tighter backup window and a restore drill mapped to how the store takes orders.
